Where to start.... Eric answered the phone or returned phone calls in a timely manner. Quoted me a little higher than the actual price which made my budget friendly heart flutter... not only did he explain what was wrong and fix it in a timely manner he showed me the old part which is something that I absolutely love!!! Let us know of possible problems for our car in the future (like brakes and belts) which made my husband happy as this was the family car. As long as this is the way he treats his clientele all of time, we will be customers of his for as long as he’s in business. Thank you Eric (and Nathan too) YOU GUYS ARE A GREAT EXAMPLE OF A VERY EARNED FIVE STAR REVIEW!!!! Keep up the great work!

We were very impressed by Complete Car Care. We took it in badly broken down, not even knowing if it was worth fixing and no idea what was wrong with it. They did a thorough diagnosis, explained everything that needed to be repaired, and a reasonably-priced estimate. They fixed our door which wouldn't open for half the price we were quoted by another shop. The second time we went here, they fixed a broken bolt in just a few minutes while we waited. Great service, highly recommend. This is definitely our new regular car shop.

I have had my vehicles worked on several times at Complete Car Care and have always experienced great service and the willingness to ensure that the job was done correctly. Eric, the shop owner, has gone out of his way taking extra time to help with faulty parts and ensure that I was back on the road as soon as possible. The customer service I received was very refreshing and Eric made a bad situation as easy as possible even entertaining my kids while we waited with his shop arcade
